Hologram is a multi-layer image made of elements, which refract light. There are various types of holograms: two-dimensioned and three-dimensioned. In two-dimensioned images, information is put at one level, whereas in three-dimensioned ones, it is at several levels resembling theater side-scenes. Holograms are put with thermal press on the PVC cards and are used as an additional protection element against copying and faking.
